Leading an Access Check: What It Is and How to Do It

Try

Do an Access Check at the beginning of the session and again throughout the class. This provides students and Classroom Professionals the opportunity to let you know if anything has changed that’s affecting their experience.

Try

During a transition into a new activity, let students know that the activity might get a little loud, and what adaptive materials are available for them to use.
